Send your key details, images and any existing wording before design begins.
4. Design and Feedback
I’ll create your website and refine it using the revisions included in your package.
5. Approve and Launch
Approve the final design, complete the remaining payment and launch your new website.
Before We Begin
To keep your project running smoothly:
You’ll provide the key business information and images needed before design begins, along with your logo and brand colours if available.
I can help organise and lightly refine your wording so it works clearly on your website. Full copywriting can be quoted separately if needed.
Communication is handled by email so everything stays clear and organised.
You’ll be responsible for your Squarespace subscription and domain.
Delays in content or feedback may affect the timeline.
Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may require extra time and cost. Any extras will always be agreed before work continues.

Your website is built using Squarespace, which includes hosting as part of its subscription. Purchasing your own Squarespace plan ensures that you have full ownership and control of your website, domain, and billing from the start.
This means your website belongs to you, and you're free to manage or update it whenever you like.

I currently design and build websites in Squarespace only. If you already have a website on another platform, I can create a fresh Squarespace website for you, but I don’t currently offer edits or maintenance for Wix, WordPress, or other platforms.

Hosting is what allows your website to be visible on the internet. Squarespace includes secure hosting as part of its subscription, so once your plan is set up, your website will be safely stored and accessible online.

Yes — your website will be built using Squarespace, which is designed to be easy to update. You'll be able to change text, update images, and make small changes without needing technical experience.

Yes — you'll need to purchase a domain name (your website address, such as www.yourbusinessname.co.uk). This can be done through Squarespace or another domain provider.
If you already own a domain, you can provide the details during the project, and I'll connect it to your website.

Yes — once your Squarespace plan is set up and the final payment has been made, full ownership of your website will be transferred to you.
You'll have complete control of your website, domain, and content.

Yes. I can create the pages and add them to your website, but you’ll need to provide or approve the legal wording. I’m happy to help keep the pages looking clean and professional, but I don’t provide legal advice.
